Old City Warehouse = New Philly Home

Now, over three centuries later, Old City Philadelphia real estate is a fantastic blend of old and new that always manages to feel current. From working class row houses lining cobblestone alleys to rehabbed warehouses, new construction and high rise condos with riverfront and city views, Old City real estate presents a wide range of choice for Philadelphia home buyers.
Old City Condos, Lofts and Studios
This was once known as the warehouse district, and there are lots of converted factories here. Warehouse condos, lofts, art spaces and studio apartments abound in this part of Philly. There aren't many single family homes on the market, but the range of choice when it comes to Old City condominiums is vast. Choose from funky apartments in elegant Victorian buildings, to expansive 6 bedroom conversions.
